The Kota Damansara House soft launch

some called it housewarming but i'd rather call it something else cos it was so unorganise...we just moved to our new apmt for only a week that time and laila made me throw an involuntarily so called housewarming...bukannye ape, because the house was still a complete mess, tk dpt aku nk memproper kan sket...but we did it anyhow...thanks guys for coming and all the reinforcement food sume..

Bandung Trip-Day 4 &5

2nd last day was shopping day, so we forgot all about taking photos...but still i managed to pamper my 2 lil feet with indonesian reflexology right before we went back...too bad a group of malaysian made a booking, Aminsyah couldn't join me on that...he took the liberty of taking care of Qaid instead...yabba dabba duuu..it was for one hour and the charge was only RM 14...how cheap was that..so much better than in m'sia, 1/2 an hour for somewhere between 30-40...d foot massage was at Rumah Mode plak tuh...so convenient
one thing for sure, Poji mmg gud with babies...tk macam bulat...all in all, we enjoy d company...till our next trip...daaa

Bandung Trip-Day 3

So today is the day that we got conned again..2nd one after Bangkok..hope there wont be any for our next oversea trip..Tangkuban Perahu punye pasal...luckily we finally managed to grab some lunch at Kg Daun..the ambiance was marvellous, they have these tiny huts, all very comforting and private..and at night we went to Paris van java (do i get the spelling right) that give you the other side of Bandung..and of course a taste of JCo's coffee, yg sungguh sedap

Bandung Trip-Day 2

The 2nd day started with a visit to the Zoo...i dunno y but somehow i just enjoy the zoo...compared to Zoo Negara...the last time I went to Zoo Negara, the lion was sleeping and the cage was sooo huge, we hardly see d lion...here in bandung, we get to see most of these giant cats up close...tp still no roar laa...then only we went for shopping...n mase shopping everyone was so occupied with the shopping, no one remembers the camera...well mayb except bulat's bro, poji...yg sungguh pandai menghayati keadaan sekeliling...we ended our day with Nasi Padang for dinner, which Aminsyah love sooo much, sampai sket2 nk nasi padang...jadi cam laila

Bandung Trip - Day One

So we went to Bandung right after Aminsyah quit Toyota for good. Ticket was bought when i was still in confinement, thanks to tina...it's a much anticipated trip because it's our only leisure trip for this year...unlike last year, which we had quite a number of them...dgn my work yg really pressing nye, dgn a new baby nye...but the trip turned out to be a very good one (luckily my AGM was also on leave, else, i might have the trip cancelled altogether)...the food was nice, the shopping was like crazy.. and travelling with a baby is seriusly a no easy matter... but we managed well, and we feel really good for that...other people might have just leave it to their parents, but it won't happen for us...and we went for the trip exactly when Qaid turned 7 mth old...happy bday my darling baby

I've been tagged, some time ago by timmy....so here goes....
Why the name Aqeel Qaid.
Actually I wanted the initials to be 2 As...and right after knowing that I was pregnant, i found this beautiful name, Aasyif, which means bold, courageous over the internet..and it wasn't me who wanted to name our baby so early in my pregnancy, it was Aminsyah...so off i went, looking for one. and aminsyah wants Aqeel which means knowledgeable...so at 5 weeks old up until 7 or 8 months, Qaid's name was Aasyif Aqeel. Our other requirement is that since this is our 1st boy, he should be pandai, and he should be brave enough to be a leader
Then, when ramadhan came, after the many trips to kompleks pkns shah alam, we finally bought a book that has a list of good names in Islam compiled by Ustaz Ismail Kamus. I was so disappointed that Aasyif is not in the list...and Aminsyah is very stringent over this 'naming our baby' matter that we need to make a 180 degree turn...so off we went, starting the name hunting all over again...our requirement, it should have a meaning of either brave, courageous, leader or anything alike...and the initial can be used for our other kids...tough isn't it...so there comes Qaid in the end...n yes...we already have few options for our future babies

This happened about a month ago...aminsyah insisted that we go, luckily my mother in law is in town, so she gladly looked after Qaid for us..but when we got there, quite a number of ppl brought babies along...but knowing Qaid who just cant sit still, he better be with his granny then..we left early of cos, so no up close of farouk
so congrats farouk, and of cos to the lovely couple arina and keng who will follow suit..next yr perhapss

Aminsyah's Family Day at Sunway Lagoon

We predicted that there'd be a hugee crowd but still we went nonetheless. and since we brought Qaid along, we didnt prepare for any swimming attire whatsoever. quite a waste because splashing in the water looked so much fun...even arabs put on their swimming suit, decent or non-decent...luckily we get to see a tiger , up close and personal, roaring...but first, enjoy pics of Qaid, dozing in his mini hammock, and rolling with the comforter but was crying at d end because he couldnt find his way out
